The West Wales Regional Partnership Board brings together health, social care, local councils, third-sector organisations and community voices — all with one goal: -to improve services for adults, children and unpaid carers who need care and support.

Here’s what they do and why it matters to our communities: -

They work collectively to transform services...The Board helps organisations work together rather than in isolation, making sure support is more coordinated and easier for people to access.

They support the Welsh Government’s vision for “A Healthier Wales”...This aligns care around what matters most to individuals — not just ticking boxes.

They drive innovation and integration...From new models of care to better joined-up working, the aim is to improve the support people receive when they need it most.

They listen to the public...Services are co-designed with the people who use them — ensuring lived experience shapes decisions and real needs are met.

They focus on outcomes that truly matter...It’s about helping people achieve better wellbeing, independence and quality of life, not just managing services.

In short: -

they’re helping build a stronger, more connected health and social care system across West Wales — one that listens, adapts and puts people first.
