I wanted to share something really important that many people across our community might not know about.

Llais West Wales is here to make sure your experiences, opinions and concerns help shape better health and social care services in our area. Whether it’s a GP visit, hospital appointment, social care support or something that hasn’t gone as it should — your voice genuinely makes a difference.

Here’s how Llais listens and supports people locally: Talking directly with you. They regularly visit NHS and social care settings to speak with patients, residents and carers — hearing real stories from real people.

Reaching out in the community, they attend public events and work with local groups to understand what’s working well and what needs improving. Providing Advocacy SupportIf you have a concern about your care or treatment and don’t feel able to raise it alone, their Advocacy Service can guide and support you every step of the way. Using surveys, apps and social media.

They gather views in modern, accessible ways — making sure everyone has a chance to be heard. Turning your feedback into action.

They publish reports that go directly to decision-makers, ensuring your experiences influence change in our health and care services.

If you or someone you know has something to share — good or bad — Llais West Wales is there to listen and help.

Your story really can help shape better care for all of us here in our community.
