A Big Thank You to CCC Officers — and to Local Residents
A quick update for residents living around Tirwaun 
First of all, a huge thank you to the officers and staff at Carmarthenshire County Council who responded quickly after I raised concerns about the garages behind Tirwaun, Burry Port.
They were on-site promptly and have now secured the garages enough to make the area relatively safe in the short term. This swift action is very much appreciated.
I also want to give a big thank you to local residents who have contacted me to report the issues taking place at the site. Your vigilance and willingness to speak up are absolutely vital in keeping our community safe.
Please continue to report any anti-social behaviour to the relevant authorities — your reports genuinely make a difference.
Looking ahead, officers will be engaging with residents to discuss longer-term options for the site’s future development. Community voices will be central to shaping what happens next, and rightly so.
