Did you know that interest-free loans of between £10,000 and £1 million are available to help bring vacant, derelict, or underused town centre properties back into use across Carmarthenshire?

Through the Welsh Government's Town Centre Loans Fund, property owners, businesses, developers, landlords, social enterprises, housing associations, and residents may be able to access funding to refurbish existing buildings or support new development projects in eligible town centres.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help breathe new life into our communities, encourage investment, create new homes and business spaces, increase footfall, and support vibrant, thriving town centres for the future.
